I am in a season of life forcing me to slow down.
Between a small fracture in my sacrum from snowboarding four weeks ago and then an ovarian cyst bursting this past weekend, I have literally (and figuratively) slowed down.
I am slower to move. Slower to get dressed. Slower to get out of bed. Slower to walk and do my workouts and lift weights.
It can be very frustrating to feel that we are being forced to slow down.
There are also some very valuable lessons we can learn during the seasons of going slow.
In this month’s member podcast I talk about being in a slow season and what we can learn from those times. We will also discuss what we can still do during those times and how those things can serve us going forward.
