– Bookmark the homepage on your computer for easy access to our site
– Everything you need can be accessed from the home page of the UNLIMITED site. Your monthly workout calendar, recipe of the month and monthly inspiration can be found in the middle of the homepage.
– Every month you will find a new workout calendar, new monthly recipe and new inspirational thought for the month. These change at 12:00am EST on the first day of the month.
– You will find a “Message From Jessica” on the homepage that changes every month. It will include explanations of your new workouts for the month and the time and day for the Live Workout.
– I offer a four week workout calendar called the Pilates Jumpstart. This is perfect for beginners or anyone recovering from an injury or simply wanting to refresh on the basics and fundamentals of fitness! Click here for the Four Week Pilates Jumpstart Workout Calendar.
– There are also four week prolapse and postpartum workout calendars available for anyone needing help with those specific conditions. Click here to find them.
– Jessica has an Amazon shop with her recommended fitness product for home. If you are looking for resistance bands, loops, weights and more you can find those here.

– We have a private Facebook group only for UNLIMITED members. This is where our monthly live workouts are held and also where we have some fun and uplifting conversations. Click here to join that group.
– Our entire workout library can be found under the “workouts” tab. You can search for different categories, body parts and length of workouts. This is where you can find workouts for prenatal, postpartum and injuries as well.
– The personal podcast recordings can be accessed at the bottom of the homepage. You can take this inspirational community on the go with you, and listen when the time works in your busy schedule.
– In order to watch the workouts from the membership site on your tv, we recommend finding the best screen mirroring or casting set up that works for you. You can use Chromecast by visiting the Google Home App on your phone and casting from there. You can screen mirror as well through the Apple TV. Our web designer recommends using this free app for Android devices and this free app for Apple products. There are also valuable discussions in our private Facebook group between members discussing what they use to stream the workouts onto their tv screen.
– Remember that all subscriptions are on an auto renewal. They will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
– You can cancel your own subscription easily by going to the home page of the membership site and clicking “account” in the upper right hand corner. Then click “subscription” and “cancel”.
– You can also change your plan from monthly, three month or yearly to another type of subscription by going to “account”, “subscription” and “change plan”.
– Please keep in mind Jessica cannot ethically or legally give medical, physical therapy or fitness advice involving any diagnosis or health condition without doing a one on one consultation or appointment. For your safety Jessica can’t comment on your specific pain, modifications needed or form during an exercise through comments or emails without having a one on one appointment.
