I truly believe that the RIGHT vitamin and nutritional supplement can make a world of difference in your health, your ability to lose weight and your energy.

The key is choosing the right one!

I am not a doctor or registered dietician. This is simply my personal experience with vitamins. I encourage you to talk with your doctor before making any changes in your diet or starting a supplement.

Some things to keep in mind:

1) You can’t get all the nutrients you need from foods. Even if you eat the healthiest diet on the planet, your body will still need proper supplementation to fill in the gaps food can’t provide.

2) Your cells need a certain amount of nutrients in certain combinations to perform optimally.

3) Not all vitamins are created equal.

I have been taking USANA Health Sciences vitamins since 2003. They are the ones I trust and recommend to others. I also use their protein powders, which I love!
