Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

banana (I like mine frozen but fresh is great too)
1
full scoop
peanut butter protein powder
handful of ice (less ice if you use a frozen banana)
8
oz
milk or water or combination
dash of sea salt
optional cocao nibs or chocolate chips on top
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high powered blender
Start with less ice or liquid depending on your texture preferences and add as necessary
Blend on high until full blended
Add chocolate chips or cacao nibs on top
Enjoy!
