Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (I like mine frozen but fresh is great too)
  • 1 full scoop peanut butter protein powder
  • handful of ice (less ice if you use a frozen banana)
  • 8 oz milk or water or combination
  • dash of sea salt
  • optional cocao nibs or chocolate chips on top

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a high powered blender
  • Start with less ice or liquid depending on your texture preferences and add as necessary
  • Blend on high until full blended
  • Add chocolate chips or cacao nibs on top
  • Enjoy!
