A MESSAGE FROM JESSICA

This month our theme is the power of consistent movement! This includes how to have a simple, regular movement program and not always overthink it. I talk about this in this month’s “coffee chat” happening April 1st, as well as this month’s members only podcast!

This month is also our Complete Core Challenge, which follows our theme perfectly! You have been given a ten minute daily workout to help strengthen your core. I highly encourage you to try them out and see the power of daily movement for yourself.

Our new recipe this month is my Yogurt Berry Muffins, which my entire family ate straight out of the oven. They are that good!
