Sometimes cooking feels like magic.

That’s what these Blended Baked Oats seem like!

You put a few ingredients into a blender, bake them, and a delicious and wholesome breakfast is right around the corner!

So let’s talk about the difference between baked oats and BLENDED baked oats.

Baked oatmeal is delicious and something we make often in our house! It consists of oats, milk, eggs and spices that are baked and topped with anything your heart desires.

Now imagine if you put those same ingredients into a blender first. They became a smooth delicious concoction like cake batter that you then bake.

I told you – magic!

This Blended Baked Oats recipe is all you want in a healthy breakfast. It has fiber, protein and warming spices that make the house smell delicious. It’s also quick and easy and can be whipped up before work or school on the busiest of mornings!

The recipe I’m offering you is a template. While it’s delicious on it’s own, you can also make additions to change it up according to your taste!

Some recommendations:

  • Add a banana to the blender for an added sweetness! If you do this we recommend removing one of the eggs from the recipe.
  • Top the mixture with chocolate chips before baking!
  • Mix in some whole blueberries or raspberries before baking.
  • Change up the almond butter and substitute peanut butter instead.

Enjoy!
